Okay. Okay. Fine. I will blog already.

I am here, and I am alive. Thanks for thinking of me. I was depressed, and I dug myself a hole (or actually a warm bed) and stayed there awhile. My neck going out didn't help at all. I had no use of my right arm and severe upper back spasms most of this week.

I haven't created, I am behind in every facet of my multi-faced life. I promise to blog. Again. Soon. But right now, I need to go climb the laundry mountain (Note to self to ask Papa Dude if a laundry-chute is a possibility.), and be available for the kids. The Girl has a friend coming over who has an oilstick painting in progress, so I will most likely be decluttering both the basement, as well as the studio.
Say hi if you want, and I will be in the comments soon.
And if you want to, it is ok to call- I am here and trying to get back into integrity, so a kick in the pants (ha- I accidentally typed paints!) now and again is most useful.

Ha! A kick in the paints might be just what you need to get motivated again, eh?

Ok, saying hi. I was going to call, but it's eleven, and I'm wiped out. However, wanted to say I love ya and you're in my thoughts.

Yeah, it just might.
Been down in the studio with the Girls and have actually been dabbling a bit. Made the do list today.

Love you too. Get some rest and we can talk tomorrow.

THERE you are!

It's been a rough road for you for awhile. Did you get my email? I miss you!

We've been down for the count here--me M,T,W, in bed, in jammies. Today, my dear son had a fever of 104. He's better now, but you know that child is sick when he can't muster the energy to watch Looney Toons.

Hope the days brighten soon.

I'm sorry Patty, I meant to call you about 12 times today. I will call you tomorrow, or you can call me. I don't think we have any plans, so who knows what the day will be?

I'm glad to see you are still alive. I've been thinking about you and have wanted to call. But found out last week that mom has a very aggressive form of cancer in lungs and liver. So I've been in Eugene a lot and will be spending all of my time off there or driving back and forth. I don't think we've got a lot of time. It really sucks. I continue to send healing energy to your family. love LA

Hey there Miss LB!

So delighted to see your blog self, a highlight in my day.

Trusting you are moving into a space that is right and perfect for YOU!

Shifts in our energy can be amazing, and sometimes the "down time" is just what it takes to get us where we need to go.

Create a great day,
