What is couching? Makes me think about cozy lounging and napping, but I am pretty sure that’s not it 

Oo, I have heard great things about the Artists Way. Some of our pals at Unity developed a small group that met regularly around the book and their creative processes. Way good stuff came out of that circle. Looking forward to hearing more about your good.

Are you enjoying the snow? It's all sparkly and wonderful in Paradise!

Toodles,
P:)

Pamela,
Couching is attaching a thick piece of pretty yarn to a surface with short (invisible or obvious) stitches. You use two needles.
Check out that website for a simple explanation.
That ARtist's Way group sounds wonderful! Hopefully I can get something out of it solo. I have skimmed it in the distant past, but never read it deeply or applied any of the lessons.
THe snow is great, and I am actually working through my snow driving stories. Still need to take care of Mom, even when the roads are icey, so I am confronting snow stories all the time. I even went sledding and threw snowballs! I still like it best when I can just look at it through a window, though.
Amy,
maybe we should read it together!
